WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY?

After an introduction with coffee and biscuits you will watch Ev demonstrate 3 cake designs then have the opportunity to decorate your own cake with supervision on hand. You will learn basic sugarcraft skills and tips and have the chance to use specialist sugarcraft tools. A light lunch with wine, coffee and cake will be served. You will leave with your own Top Tier hand made fruitcake which you will have decorated yourself.

There are places for 10 people in each class.
