20 Years of Top Tier To celebrate 20 years of designer cake making Evelyn and her team at Top Tier had an evening of a special presentation, an exhibition and tea and cakes party during the West End Festival in Glasgow. .  This took take place on the 17th and 18th June 2008 in Gilmorehill G12 theatre, Glasgow University. The exhibition was a selection of AMAZING CAKES some of the best work our decorators can produce. There was also a power point presentation at both evenings and Evelyn gave a talk on the history of Top Tier and told the stories behind some of the weird and wonderful cakes produced by Top Tier over the last 20 years.
