Since 1988 Evelyn Hogarth and her highly qualified team of talented bakers and decorators have been designing and creating the most amazing edible works of art. Their reputation for quality and excellence is renowned and existing customers return again and again.

You will be most welcome at both our Shop and Studio which have display cakes and numerous albums, brochures and phototographs showing the huge variety of cakes available for every celebration.

The shop in the West End of Glasgow is an Alladin’s cave of decorations and trinkets for the cake decorator and holds a wide stock of cake boards, boxes and party accessories. We also have a delightful range of greeting cards, wedding favours and top pieces for cakes.

The City Centre Studio is a gallery of cakes for all occasions.

All Top Tier cakes are baked at our Bakery in the South Side of Glasgow using traditional “home baked” recipes and the finest ingredients. Our expert bakers produce the most sumptuous chocolate cakes, rich fruitcakes and delicious sponge cakes your tastebuds can imagine.
